    Shipping policy

    Shipping: 

  • All orders are shipped via our shipping partner DPD.
  • We ship only TRACKED (with a Track & Trace code) option. It might be a bit more expensive, but this way we can assure packages are insured and will not get lost. You will also be able to follow the package at every step.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
  • Items will be shipped after the completion and clearance of the payment in the next 2 business days unless specified otherwise.
  • Shipping times depend on country and customs. See shipping indication times on the shipping options in FAQ.
  • We are not responsible for damaged or lost mail but contact us and we will figure a way to fix things. If an item arrives damaged (provide evidence with a photo and the written note by the forwarder/delivery person), so we can evaluate.
  • If an addressee does not accept/pick up a package and the order is shipped back to us, the buyer covers repeat shipping costs.
