Things I will NOT design:

• ❌ Humanoids, chibi humans, or mechanical characters
• ❌ Any OC or character you do not have permission to commission
• ❌ Digitizing an existing drawing or design you provide
• ❌ Sewing patterns or garment construction
• ❌ Copying or recreating patterns made by other artists

Nina may not accept every
commission request.
She reserves the right to decline any project that does not fit her style, workload, or creative focus.

💜 Not every request can be accepted. All commission requests are reviewed individually based on workload, timing, and creative fit.

💜 If your request is not accepted, no payment is required and no further action is needed.

💜 If a project is declined after discussion but before any payment is made, there is no obligation on either side.

💜 Declining a request does not prevent you from submitting a different idea in the future.

💜 If there is no response after a reasonable time following a quote or discussion, the request may be closed so the slot can be offered to someone else.

💜 A 50% upfront payment is required to secure a commission slot.

💜 This upfront payment is non-refundable, as it covers reserved time, planning, design work, and the start of the creative process.

💜 If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the upfront payment will be retained.

💜 If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason on my side, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

Each Pattern order includes:

💜 An Exclusive Embroidery Pattern License means the commissioned design is created exclusivvely for you only.
The pattern and any plushies made from it will not be sold in the shop, now or in the future.

💜 Files are typically delivered within a few weeks to around one month after the order is placed and the design is approved. Timelines may vary depending on complexity, current workload, and revision rounds.

If a specific deadline is required, this must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

💜 Yes. Small design changes can be requested during the design and digitisation phase. You will receive WIP updates to confirm the direction before the final files are delivered.

💜 Once the final version is approved and delivered, the commission is considered complete. Minor fixes or file adjustments may be possible as part of ongoing support.

💜 Larger changes requested later, such as new features, a different face, extra parts, or additional Hoop sections, are treated as new work and will require an additional fee.

💜 By default, custom embroidery files are not physically test-stitched before delivery. You will test the files on your own machine.

💜 The files are carefully digitised and reviewed for accuracy. If any issues in the stitch order or steps are discovered during your testing, I will adjust the files at no extra cost.

❌ This includes sharing the files with friends, other makers, or on social media, forums, or file-sharing platforms.

💜 Your commission follows the same usage terms as my regular embroidery patterns. You may use the pattern for personal use and small-scale finished items, but the pattern files themselves must remain private.
