💜 Requesting a quote comes at no charge and carries no financial obligations. Quote remains valid for a month (or the current commission cycle).

💜 After accepting the provided price quote, a custom listing will be created for you and must be paid in full to reserve the commission spot and start working on your plushie.

💜 Due to a large number of requests, not everyone will be offered a price quote or commission spots. The projects will be handpicked, and spots are not guaranteed. Priorities will often go to larger projects.

Nina might not accept each commission that comes in. She retains the right to refuse any project that she feels is not fitting her style or time schedule.

💜 Payment Plans are available for each category above 300€ / 335$

💜 Payment plans are available through PayPal, with terms negotiable. Please note that an additional fee of €17/$19 applies per instalment.

💜 As example: Choosing to pay in 3 terms means you will be charged 51€ / 56$ to the quoted price to cover transaction fees.

💜 Payment must be made in full before the Plushie will be shipped to you. No exceptions.

💜 Waiting times vary by project. While it is challenging to provide an exact estimate, you can generally expect a timeframe of 2-3 months for your commission to be ready for shipping, unless agreed otherwise.

💜 Rush orders (ready to ship in 10 days) are available for an additional fee of 50% on top of the original price.

💜 If you choose a payment plan, the progress will be significantly slower as the work progress on plush will start only after the payment is completed.

💜 We will keep you updated every step of the way.

❌ Cancellations and refunds are not possible for custom orders as the plushies are tailored to you can can't be sold to someone else. 

💜 If you still wish to cancel, 50% of the total price is non-refundable if cancellation is requested.

💜In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order and must cancel it, you will receive a full refund (regardless of how far along the progress was).

💜 Changes will be accepted during the design and discussion stage.

💜 However, once the work on the plushie has started, there will be a charge for any modifications requests as this means the plushie or section has to be remade from scratch.

❌ Micro Dragons are Limited edition, thus not being accepted as a custom commission.

💜 Due to their small size, they are quite intricate to make so they are done in small batches and released throughout the year.

💜 Jumbo Dragons and Giant cuddle Dragons use the same model and they are fully customisable.

❌ No, the pattern for our Dragons are not for sale.

💜 They are the heart of our brand so the pattern will not be for sale in any shape or form.
