Things we WILL design:

• 💚 Fanart creatures (with proper permission where required)
• 💚 Your original characters (OCs)

Things we will NOT design:

• ❌ Humanoids, chibi humans, or mechanical characters
• ❌ Any OC or design you do not have permission to commission
• ❌ Sewing patterns or pattern drafting
• ❌ Copying, recreating, or closely redesigning other artists’ work

Nina may not accept every commission request.
She reserves the right to decline any project that does not fit her style, workload, creative focus or current availability.

💜 Prices are listed in EUR. USD prices are approximate and may not match daily exchange rates due to manual price conversion.

💜 Split payment options are available upon request. If you would like to pay in two or multiple parts, please mention this when discussing your quote.

💜 If approved, a custom listing will be created with split payment options (for example: first payment, second payment).

💜 Production begins only after the full amount has been paid, even when using split payments.

💜 The plush will not be started or shipped until all payments are completed. No exceptions.

💜 Waiting times vary by project.

While it is difficult to give an exact estimate, most custom plush commissions are completed within 2-3 months and ready for shipping, unless agreed otherwise.

💜 Rush orders (ready to ship within 15 days) may be available for an additional 50% fee on top of the base price, depending on availability.

💜 Production begins only after full payment has been completed, even if paying in multiple terms option is used.

💜 You will be kept updated throughout the process with progress updates along the way.

All plushies are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

If you choose to cancel after payment, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the stage of the project.

💜 If I am unable to complete your order for any reason and must cancel it, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

💜 Changes are welcome during the design and discussion stage, before any physical work begins.

💜 Once work on the plush has started, changes are no longer included. Any modification requests at this stage may require additional fees, as parts of the plush may need to be remade from scratch.

💜 Some changes may not be possible once construction has progressed. I will always let you know what can or cannot be adjusted before proceeding.

💜 Each plush is handmade with care using high-quality fabrics and materials.

💜 Plushies are intended for collectors and gentle use. They are not certified toys and are not recommended for young children or pets.

Micro Dragons are limited edition designs and are not accepted as custom commissions.

💜 Due to their very small size, Micro Dragons are intricate and time intensive to make. They are produced only in small batches and released periodically throughout the year.

💜 Jumbo Dragons and Giant Cuddle Dragons, on the other hand, use established base models and are fully customisable through commissions.

❌ No. The patterns for Dragons’ Garden Dragon plushies are not for sale.

💜 These dragons are the heart of the Dragons’ Garden brand, and their patterns will not be sold, shared, or licensed in any form.

💜 If you are looking for dragon or other fantasy themed embroidery designs, you can find original patterns in the Embroidery Patterns section of the shop.
