Refund policy
We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations for certain items
If you have purchased an already made item from our Webshop, send us a message and you can return the item within 14 days of purchase under the condition that the item is unused and undamaged.
- Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
- Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery with the proof of postage.
- Refund: After the item is returned a refund will be issued.
- Request a cancellation: before item has dispatched
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders *
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
- Gift Cards
Conditions of return
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
