Offers and Price Quotations

• Offers and quotations are without engagement. Requesting a quote via the Custom Order Form does not automatically place an order.
• When you are ready to place your custom order you are required to reply to the quote email and confirm your order in order to secure your spot.
• Price quotes are valid for 1 month from the date of submission unless agreed otherwise.

Prices and Payment

• All prices on the website are in Euros by default and include VAT. A currency converter is available for other currencies.
• Prices are not negotiable.
• Payment must be made in full and cleared before work begins or items are shipped.
• We will create a custom listing in the shop for you to purchase.
• Payment plans via PayPal are available on request. If a payment plan is agreed, work will begin once at least 50% of the total payment has been received.

General Terms

• Plushies come from a pet-free and smoke-free home.
• A selection of scented plushies is available and clearly labelled as such. If you have allergies to certain scents, an alternative scent option is available on request.
• We share work in progress photos on social media. If your order is a gift or a confidential project please inform us upfront so we can keep it off our channels.
• All items are handmade and slight variations may occur. Characters are interpreted through Nina's own artistic style.
• Colours in photos may slightly vary from the finished item due to screen brightness and colour settings.

What We Do Not Create

• Mature content of any kind, including sexual, violent or offensive material
• Human or machine type characters. We specialise in creatures only.

Right to Refuse

Dragons' Garden retains the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. This includes but is not limited to situations where the customer is rude or offensive, or where Nina's schedule does not allow the agreed deadline to be met.
